With extensive experience working with trauma, substance use, co-dependence/ACOA, and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses, Erica accompanies individuals, couples, and families on their journeys toward recovery and wellness. Erica takes pride in creating a calm and nurturing environment for her clients, providing them with a safe and comfortable place for self-exploration, expression, and emotional healing. Her psychodynamic approach to counseling is often described as relatable, strength-based and holistic, believing that one level of the self should never be the focus of clinical attention to the exclusion of another.
