I work with high-achieving adults and couples who are capable, driven, and successful, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally taxed, or stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, depressive mood, burnout, relationship strain, or challenges related to attention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation; often while maintaining demanding careers, families, and high expectations. My experience in the field strengthened my ability to address executive functioning challenges, emotion regulation, interpersonal dynamics, and attention-related concerns — including ADHD — in real-world, high-demand contexts.
