Often people look into therapy when feeling consumed with overwhelming thoughts, worries, and transitions. In difficult moments, taking the next step to begin therapy can feel like the most overwhelming part of it all. My role as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to sort through emotions, struggles, and experiences in a manner that you feel comfortable with. I truly believe that each person is the expert of their own lives. I aim to instill hope and teach strategies to help those in need understand that change and growth towards a more meaningful life is possible.
