I specialize in Geropsychology, a field focused on specific life experiences of those 55+. This includes adjusting to life transitions, role change, making peace with one's life, identifying strengths and renewed sense of self in later life, addressing health/medical challenges, coping with memory decline/early stage dementia, caregiver support, and more.
