Life can feel especially heavy during periods of transition when you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, yet inside things feel uncertain or unsettled. You may feel exhausted, anxious, burned out, or grieving a version of yourself that no longer fits. I support adults through major life transitions and the emotional and identity changes they bring. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum. I also work closely with first-responder families who often face unique stressors.
