I believe that connection is our greatest human strength and that facilitating an understanding and pattern of safe connection to self and others is the primary work of therapy. I work relationally with my clients to provide a safe, stable, caring space where you can explore your life, your thoughts, your feelings and your needs. This form of exploration can help you move to see yourself with less judgment, more empathy, more self love and a deeper sense of understanding. When we operate from this place within ourselves, we are better able to make choices and decisions that result in less suffering.
