Hello, and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to look into counseling. My focus areas include anxiety, women's issues, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and pregnancy and postpartum issues. I am certified in narcissistic abuse recovery, and I also have experience with treating depression, anxiety, suicidal/self-harm ideation, grief, individuals with marriage and family conflict, and sexual trauma. If you are struggling with any of these challenges, you are not alone, and you are strong enough to reach a place of vibrancy. I am compassionate and understanding in my approach, but I will also challenge you to grow in your confidence and resilience. One of my main approaches is helping clients find purpose and identity in the midst of disappointment, loneliness, and loss, while also confronting faulty beliefs stemming from society.
