I am trained in creative therapy toward supporting children, youth, and adults with trauma histories, grief, and loss. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression are focus areas. I use trauma informed cognitive behavioral, mindfulness therapies, and educational activities. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan (2000) where I was trained as a Public Child Welfare Fellow in the art of creative/play therapy for children and adults.
