I have been practicing as a clinical social worker since 2015. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Connecticut and then obtained my Master of Social Work and Master of Human Sexuality Education at Widener University. I have predominately worked in outpatient mental health with special interest in adults ranging from young to older adult populations. I take a supportive and empathetic approach with extensive experience in helping clients navigate through relational issues, depression, anxiety, loss, and trauma. I engage in a person-centered and strengths based approach focusing on integrating CBT, insight-oriented psychotherapy, and solution-focused therapies.
