Hi, I’m Erica. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, emotional ups and downs, or relationship challenges.
