My name is Erica Mickens and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. With over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, family and relationship concerns, stress management, trauma, panic, PTSD, and issues affecting both men and women. I work with adults and adolescents, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. The first session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, comfortable therapeutic relationship.
