My journey to becoming a therapist was fueled by my belief in the power of human connection and the resilience within each individual. I have always been passionate about providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where people can explore their thoughts, process their emotions, and discover their own strengths. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that each person holds the ability to heal and grow when given the right support and environment.
