My clinical experience is in working with individuals of all ages to resolve the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, disconnect in relationships and challenging life stage transitions such as divorce, death, adoption, career change, academic and peer group challenges, as well as, life planning that promotes growth, success and life satisfaction. I work with clients impacted by bullying and low self-esteem.
