Choosing yourself is a difficult thing to do at times, but I am so glad you are here! I know in the beginning it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but through each session I hope that light becomes closer within your reach. While healing is never linear, it is something we all have the power to do, with the tools we learn in session. It is my goal to make you feel confident in your abilities and supported through each step and by the last session I hope you believe in yourself the way I do.
