Balancing expectations, relationships, and responsibilities leaves little time or energy for yourself—so much so that you’re not even sure what caring for yourself would look like anymore. Trauma can shape how you think and feel, showing up as shame, anxiety, people-pleasing, or self-doubt. It can leave you feeling stuck and disconnected, with the past still impacting your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. You’re exhausted from carrying it all alone and wonder if you’ll ever find relief. You don’t have to navigate all of this on your own.
