I hold space for people who've always been the strong one, the over-thinkers, the cycle-breakers, and anyone learning how to take up space unapologetically. I offer a broad range of expertise, including anxiety & depression, trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, and many concerns in between. Together we'll figure out what truly supports you and what you can finally release. In our sessions together, you can expect a judgment-free space where you can slow down, be honest, and finally put your own needs at the center. My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in helping you understand what's actually going on beneath the stress, burnout, and "I'm fine" reflex.
