I believe that as individuals make sense of their story they create a life that aligns with who they are. By using trauma-informed modalities like Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems and other experiential therapies, I help clients heal from issues related to trauma, anxiety depression, grief, childhood neglect/ abuse, feeling stuck or sensing that something is just “not right." I work with people from a variety of backgrounds and am sensitive to religious and cultural differences.
