Hello there! I’m Erica, licensed psychotherapist and life coach of more than 15 years. My life's purpose is to guide people on the path to their truth. I help you uncover who you truly are (and who you're not) so you can connect to your authentic purpose. Together, we'll uncover past programming that’s holding you back, and gain clarity on your authentic identity and values. I specialize in adults seeking clarity and purpose and support with life transitions, anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, CPTSD, people-pleasing, self-esteem, codependency, and relationship challenges. You’re not broken, you’re becoming who you were meant to be. My therepeutic style is client-centered, compassionate, intuitive, and genuinely supportive. As I learn more about you, my integrative approach adjusts (almost like a painting) to best support your unique personality, preferences and goals.
