As a trauma-informed provider, I enjoy working with those in MN/WI who are motivated for change and identifying the root causes that may be contributing to what someone is experiencing, so they can feel their best. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of mental health concerns over the span of my career, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, peri/maternal mental health, relationship concerns, parenting stressors, and life changes/transitions and those with medical condition concerns. I have special interests in working with women’s health, integrative health, and the college student population. I started my career in Family Medicine working in Integrated Behavioral Health and working with the direct interconnections between physical health and mental health. I obtained my certificate in Integrative Health and Nutrition for Mental Health and continue to carry out this passion of mine by promoting holistic care and wellness in everyone I work with.
