My goal is to help you rediscover your peace, hope, and a sense of control in your personal life and relationships. We'll work in a collaborative, active, goal-oriented way tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes your strengths and practical steps toward change.
