Sometimes in life there is an active stressor that is negatively affecting someone and other times someone may just feel anxious, down or "not themselves" without any clear indication of why. Our goals include improving your symptoms overall and empowering you to feel like the best possible version of yourself! I know that beginning therapy can initially feel intimidating and overwhelming so, I always do my best to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease upon your very first session. I recognize that everyone's experience and needs are unique and therefore we will work together to determine how we can best achieve your goals in a way that is right for you.
