I am passionate about helping individuals (adults and teens) struggling with emotional/ compulsive/ binge overeating, self-esteem issues, weight loss and anxiety that is created from these issues. I enjoy working with clients who have a desire to work deeply and create lasting change. Through collaboration we create a safe and supportive environment that allows for insight and healing. Then as emotional traumas or wounds that keep you stuck in the past are healed, the ability to be more present in current life and able to deal with uncomfortable emotions and life circumstances is possible.
