I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified in Grief Counseling, with 16 years of experience. I believe that although individuals may be affected by life challenges, those experiences need not serve as a barrier to growth. I believe in the power of therapy and faith to help clients nurture their strengths, accept themselves, and heal from life challenges—ultimately using them as catalysts for growth. I own and am a therapist at IMPACCT (Innovative Mentoring Passionate Advocacy and Creative Community-Based Treatment Techniques), where I treat children, teens, and adults. I heavily utilize therapeutic tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and psychoeducation.
