I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for working with adults facing mental health issues. My approach to therapy is rooted in my values of non-judgment, human connection and creating a safe space to heal. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to give my clients the tools to overcome and cope with the challenges they face. I am committed to helping my clients walk the path toward emotional well- being and personal growth.
