I am a compassionate and experienced therapist with over 13 years of professional experience supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety, depression, codependency, and various emotional challenges. My expertise includes working with children, adults, and families on issues such as parenting, self-esteem, grief, stress management, childhood trauma, and women's issues. I also provide services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, which has allowed me to provide culturally competent, accessible support in both therapeutic and everyday contexts. I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a solution-focused approach, helping clients develop practical strategies while managing life's challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can gain insight, improve coping skills, and work toward healing and growth.
