They’ve mastered survival and performance but struggle to feel safe enough to truly rest or be vulnerable. They may be grieving loved ones, experiencing burnout, or navigating a season where strength no longer feels sustainable. What they long for most is peace — to release the constant pressure, to process what’s been buried, and to reconnect with who they are beneath the expectations. I specialize in grief and loss, holding space for the strong friend who’s tired of holding it all together.
