My approach to therapy is to work with clients to identify their patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that prevent them from reaching their goals. I will help you think about thinking, and evaluate and embrace your emotional life. To be human is to be doing the best we can with the tools we have; my therapeutic approach centers on improving the tools you know how to use, and teaching you a new set of tools to better your life. I have experience working with clients from all walks of life with all kinds of struggles, ranging from depression and anxiety to grief and relationship issues.
