I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment modalities as a base and bring in various other treatment methods based on the client. I have worked in several different areas with many different populations including a foster family agency, crisis unit, psychiatric hospital, and EAP programs.
