I have always loved hearing and telling stories. I believe they are key to appreciating the vast depth of our beautifully imperfect individuality. I acquired my BA in theatre and music, and have worked in professional performance for over 12 years. All my life, I have felt called upon to help others appreciate the inherent worth of their stories. It is my goal to help you feel enveloped in empathy in order to feel heard, valued, and safe in expressing yourself and your feelings as you tell, and sometimes rewrite your own story. I work with adults and adolescents, performing artists, gamers, and individuals with chronic pain.
