My ideal client's are boys (4-10), adolescent boys (11-17) and young adult males (18-26) struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges at home, school, or in the community, such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, or school related issues. They need support in building coping skills, emotional regulation, and improving relationships. Their goals are to feel more confident, manage stress, and heal from past trauma, leading to healthier, more fulfilling lives.
