I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I bring over a decade of experience supporting clients of all ages - especially adolescents and young adults—on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I use a trauma-informed approach, rooted in extensive training in attachment and trauma to provide a compassionate and safe space for exploration and change. With training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and years of experience conducting professional trainings, I integrate evidence-based practices with systems thinking to address individual and environmental influences on mental health.
