Hi, thanks for taking the time to learn a bit more about me and my approach to therapy. I am a licensed social worker who specializes in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships and OCD. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities (see below) to support the unique experiences of my clients. Therapy is fundamentally about deepening our understanding of ourselves in order to live richer, more meaningful lives. This often requires us to make peace with the past and make changes for the future. Making meaningful and long lasting change is rarely an easy endeavor. I strongly believe that the foundation of any successful treatment is built upon the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist. I take great pride in the working relationships that I cultivate with my clients. It is not your responsibility to trust me. It is my duty to earn your trust.
