My name is Erik Skow, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 6 years of experience as a clinician. I have a passion to help clients find peace in their lives by working through symptoms related to anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, impulsivity, life changes, and interpersonal conflicts. My clinical experience involves working with children of all ages work through life transitions, trauma, and social pressures. I have experience working with adults who have a history of substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, and difficulty developing and maintaining relationships in their lives.
