Navigating through life can be difficult at times. As a therapist, it is important to me that you are supported. After 18 years in the field of social work, I am a firm believer in working together as a team in therapy. No one should have to struggle alone. My objective is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for us to talk about your hopes, concerns, and goals. I hope to meet you where you are currently and help you to remove barriers from reaching your goals. I am a licensed master’s level clinical social worker, and I have a Ph.D. in of social work from Michigan State University. I specialize in working with clients who have current or prior issues with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, grief/loss, mood disorders, and/or emotional regulation.
