Challenges, anxiety, trauma, etc. They can all seem chaotic and leave us doubting our own resilience. Our cultures and upbringings define us, cultivating who we are, our very DNA, and the way we connect with others. So, the question remains: “Where do I go from here?” My aspiration for my clients is to serve as the therapeutic bridge that empowers them to take back control and promote positive change for future generations.
