Greetings. The very fact that you're reading this tells me that a part of you is already seeking a new way of being. I am a client-centered therapist with over twenty five years of experience working in mental health field supporting children, teens, adults and families in a variety of professional roles. I work with a firm belief that therapy is most effective when its collaborative and grounded in trust. My passion is supporting clients as they navigate through life's transitions and unexpected events, process the emotions that come with change, and build resilience as they move towards becoming their most authentic selves. In our first session we'll take some time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy, discuss goals and what you hope to gain. You're always in control of what you share and, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you without any pressure. We'll also discuss some practical details such as confidentiality and scheduling.
