Hello! My name is Erika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I can imagine that deciding on who to trust with your story can be overwhelming but I want to explain a bit about what my intentions are as your therapist. Ultimately, I truly believe that our perceptions can either help us or hinder our day to day lives. What we think/believe can negatively impact our feelings and our actions or even keep us in situations or relationships that are not healthy for us. Whether it’s increasing your self-awareness, creating balance, or improving your ability to cope, I will guide you through that process. Seeking help for your self-improvement is already a great first step! Opening up to a stranger is very scary and I prioritize creating a safe space for you. I plan to meet you where you are and guide you along the way to hopefully get you to where you aspire to be! My priority is to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
