I work with individuals and couples who desire deeper satisfaction in their relationships, work, and various other aspects of their lives. Perhaps you have experienced deep loss and grief, are struggling with anxiety, or stuck in relationship dynamics that are draining or unfulfilling. I believe we can heal many of our relational wounds through the power of the therapeutic relationship itself. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I offer a supportive and collaborative space to be seen and heard as you reconnect to your innate impulse towards healing and wholeness. The work we will do will be collaborative and creative. We will spend the first few sessions diving into the issues bringing you to therapy, paint a picture of what you'd like to get out of our time, and then begin making active steps towards that change. As a witness to your growth I offer direct and compassionate reflections of what I'm noticing.
