Hi, I'm Erika Ashby! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with experience providing individual, couple, & family therapy in English and Spanish. I also have training in Medical Family Therapy. I am a native of California and moved to Lincoln, Nebraska in 2011 to attend graduate school at UNL. My husband and I have 4 children, and we have enjoyed raising our children in the Midwest! My approach to therapy incorporates not only the emotional and mental components of health traditionally focused on in therapy, but also the physical, social and spiritual components of our health and how they intersect and impact our overall wellbeing.
