My counseling services are geared towards the development of awareness and self-compassion. I counsel teens and adults who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and life transitions. My passion is to support you during this journey of self-awareness and emotional healing as you improve your quality of life. I am suited to clients who live in marginalized spaces, as we have unique challenges from mainstream society, whether that be due to ethnicity, gender, sexuality, size, hidden and obvious disabilities, class, and the many other ways that people are discriminated against.
