Making a commitment to change can be daunting. Whether you are reaching out to resolve current conflicts of values or conscience, or to improve your relationships with family members, friends or work colleagues, help is available. Together we will identify obstacles and work towards a timely resolution or to the recognition that the goal is not necessarily equilibrium but a healthy striving between what we currently are and what we could be or hope to become. I specialize in treating adults who have experienced trauma, depression and anxiety utilizing an empathic but effective approach to strengthening the healthy inner core. I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing life transitions, including grief and loss work. Specialized populations include: therapists and helping professionals, former foster youth, veterans/active service and public safety workers. I have advanced training/certification in DBT and the Unifed Protocol.
