I'm here to help! I offer virtual therapy sessions to clients in DC and Maryland. I love to help clients navigate their healing journey and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a mirror to reflect back the human spirit. I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide gender identity support and LGBT+ counseling. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating counselor helping clients navigate everyday issues as well as helping heal their relationship with food.
