I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I became trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) in 2022. I am well versed in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies. I apply Polyvagal Theory to improve clients outcomes. I also use modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based on clients' needs. My work in the field of mental health has been diverse with a focus on trauma informed care. I work with clients who need help managing C-PTSD/PTSD/ trauma. In addition I have experience working with military personnel and veterans.
