I help clients who are ready to transform their lives and want to release their old patterns. By connecting our patterns and current symptoms to our past trauma and wounding, you can become free of what is no longer serving you. I help clients heal from trauma and anxiety with brain-based techniques such as Brainspotting, Hypnosis and EMDR. I work with my clients to find the roots of their symptoms so they may find relief as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing panic attacks, PTSD, obsessive thoughts, depression or general anxiety, I can help you to heal from these issues.
