I enjoy working with a variety of people, from children through adolescence and adults. I have a supportive nature and enjoy using cognitive behavioral techniques to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and general life stressors. I believe in empowering others to find their own unique solutions. I also provide family and couples therapy. I believe I can offer strengths-focused guidance, and also a toolbox of skills.
