Sometimes we are blindsided by curve balls in life, overwhelmed with parenting, we may become sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, or maybe we are frustrated because we want a change we do not know how to realize. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is satisfying to you. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. As a solution-focused therapist I am committed to helping others realize their potential and overcome challenges in life. My focus is to create a safe, empathic space in which options can be explored and goals realized.
