Erika earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She is licensed at the independent level as a clinical social worker. Erika has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In the outpatient setting, she has worked primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and chronic medical conditions. Utilizing a strengths-based and holistic approach, she uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
