Hi, I'm Erika. I work with women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves in their relationships. Many of my clients overthink conversations, replay texts, struggle to set boundaries, or put others’ needs ahead of their own to avoid disappointing or losing the relationship. Even when they understand what’s happening, they still feel stuck in patterns that keep showing up. They want to feel more secure and confident, trust themselves more fully, and build relationships that feel calmer, more mutual, and more fulfilling. I specialize in attachment-focused therapy, helping you understand the relationship patterns shaping how you connect and trust. We explore the roots, build practical tools, and strengthen boundaries and self-trust so relationships feel more secure and aligned.
