As a Clinical Social Worker, I greatly value the importance of developing genuine therapeutic rapport with my clients so that we can work towards creating meaningful goals while identifying self-defeating tendencies that can often impede progress. My approach is humanistic and insight driven, adapting evidence based models to meet each client's specific needs and preferences. I consider myself a partner in my Client's journey towards improving their mental health, working together as a team. Therapy requires reflective problem solving and self acceptance when confronting difficult and at times conflicting emotions.
