Being a teenager isn’t easy. (Being the parent of a teenager isn’t, either!) Is your teen feeling overwhelmed? Stressed? Sad? Lonely? Frustrated? Hopeless? Having difficulty with school or relationships? Are you struggling to understand and communicate with your child, now that they have entered their teen years? I have over 15 years of experience working with pre-teens and adolescents (ages 12-18) and provide individual and family therapy. I have a warm, down-to-earth style and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for your child to explore their challenges and vulnerabilities.
